Our staff are willing to help our customers to select the correct products for their project and ensure that they are delivered in the most cost effective and timely manner to suit the timescale requirements of the installation. Delivery Options

Wherever your project is being carried out, we will ensure that your goods will be on site when you need them. When placing an order, choose from one of our four delivery options outlined below. Speak to one of our sales team for details and prices.

Standard Next Day Delivery

Standard non-palletised parcel deliveries are delivered to mainland UK postcodes, (Channel Islands and Northern Scotland may experience extended delivery times), next day between 8.00am and 4.00pm.

Timed / Special delivery

We can arrange delivery options should you require timed, special or delivery outside the normal routine.

Same day delivery

Our delivery van delivers to sites in Central London, around the M25 motorway network, and further afield if required. We can also set up same day deliveries through couriers if you have an urgent requirement.

Collection from NBM Technology Solutions HQ, Hemel Hempstead

Goods can be collected from our warehouse at Eastman Way, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 7DU, between the hours of 8.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Place your order, specify that you require collection from our HQ and collect.

Assembled 19" Rack Delivery

We can arrange to deliver ready-assembled 19" rack cabinets to sites across the UK on request.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 5 working days of receipt of the goods and we will help to organise a replacement or refund. Speak to one of our sales team if you have a problem with your order.

Quote Basket

To enable us to provide you with the most up to date pricing for the products you require, we have implemented a Quote Basket system on our new website. Browse through our product portfolio and build your quote as you go along. If you register on the site, we will save all your quotes for future reference. Once you have submitted your request, one of our sales team will come back to you with a detailed quote.

Commitment to our suppliers

NBM Technology Solutions has signed up as a member of the Better Payment Practice Campaign scheme and has committed to abide by this voluntary code of practice. The simple code details the following obligations of a business to its suppliers:

    - Agree payment terms at the outset of a deal and stick to them.
    - Explain your payment procedures to suppliers.
    - Pay bills in accordance with any contract agreed with the supplier or as required by law.
    - Tell suppliers without delay when an invoice is contested, and settle disputes quickly.

By agreeing to these terms and signing up to the code, NBM Technology Solutions has demonstrated to their customers and suppliers, their commitment to good credit management and paying on time.

Out of Hours Service

From time to time, we find that even with the best project management in place, customers still ask us to provide goods outside of our normal opening hours. Never wishing to let customers down, we always have a member of staff on-call to cover  these unexpected occurences. If you require goods out-of-hours, just call 01442 838500, and you will be diverted to our on-call member of staff, who will be pleased to help you.

Cut-to-Length Service

NBM Technology Solutions stock a wide range of Fibre Optic cables, many of which can be ordered to a specific length. Our free cut-to-length service ensures that you only need to order the required amount of cable for your installation. To discuss this service further contact our sales team.

Pre-termination Service

Pre-termination of structured cabling systems can be cost-effective and reduce the amount of time required on-site during an installation. This service can be highly effective in the data centre installation market, where clients need their facility to be operating within very short timescales, to ensure the higest possible Return on Investment (ROI). NBM Technology Solutions can offer several methods of implementing pre-terminated cabling, either through the HellermannTyton RapidNet system, Brand-Rex's High Density Fibre products or completely bespoke pre-termination of products to your own specification.
