In April 2017 we successfully retained our 'Investors in People' (IIP) accreditation having been recognised for the way we manage and develop our staff. We have demonstrated a continued commitment to ensuring our people were at the heart of what we do.
The Investors in People framework is the UK's standard for People Management and our accreditation shows our commitment to our employees.
NBM's culture is very much defined by our people and a great deal of time and energy is invested in making sure our employees feel supported, understand their individual job roles and above all are happy. The reason we have chosen to continue to work within the guidelines of Investors in People is that it gives us an excellent method to ensure we strive towards improving employee satisfaction, skills and access to training and development. The Investors in People framework helps us to link our employees skills with the overall strategy of the Company allowing us to continuously improve the performance of the Company as a whole for the benefit of us all.
