With less than 10 weeks until the London Marathon, I would like to give you an update on my training and fund raising.
Contending with 2 storms and the winter months, training has been hard but it’s really starting to pay off.
Following an 18 week marathon plan, I am now up to 25 miles a week. This is split between shorter runs throughout the week and a long run at the weekend.
